I love the look of the bold yellow background highlighted with the black and white furniture. The colors are such a stark contrast to each other and make an absolutely gorgeous dining room.
The yellow background of the bookshelf gives the room a much needed pop. I think it would look better with a solid couch but this does work.
The splash of yellow in the sheet and pillows makes this semi-drab bedroom more upbeat and happy. I like that it's contrasted with the natural twill bed skirt and highlighted with the painting above the bed.
