The big old bbq was today, but this was the only photo I took of the spread. I got too caught up in making mojitos and getting the food all prepped to snap any others. But the food was beautiful and delicious. In addition to this gorgeous caprese salad (my friend D, who lived in Florence, put it all together) we had Gazpacho Salad, Deviled Eggs, Baked Artichoke Dip, Corn on the Cob, Watermelon, Baked Beans, Potato Salad {for some reason the recipe won't pop up, leave a comment if you want it and I'll type it up}, Bratwursts, Beer Can Chicken and Flank Steak with a Papaya-Kiwi Marinade. And dessert was Angel Food Cupcakes with Lemon Frosting. Everything was perfect and I was so delighted all my lovely friends ventured down from La-la-land for moi.
